While three day weekends are nice, there is always a tradeoff. You go back to work and are just slammed. Sometimes you're not particularly rested and you're sure not ready. But you have to churn through it anyway.
Thankfully it feels like I slept acceptably. Scale minimum up, no worries. Let's go.
Breakfast: Cheese sandwich, coffee
This week's loaf - jalapeno cheddar.
Lunch: Ham sandwich, plain greek yogurt w strawberries, chocolate milk
Used up the old bread as a changeup.
Dinner: 3x mexican tacos, avocado
Taco monday.
And then I lost it. Add way too many Boulder Canyon avo oil potato chips, toast and a root beer float. Never really found satiety.
Exercise: Nope. OK with having a day off, though I thankfully felt decent yesterday.
