Seven AM Wall

Whew.  Good thing there is another day to this weekend.  I could really use a day off, but instead it's going to be a standard Sunday.

Was ready to crash after dinner last night but as usual once I went through the pre-bedtime routine I was no longer sleepy.  Still managed to go to sleep at a reasonable time.  Woke up at 5:00 with minor cramps, these are more a function of spending too many hours in the same position, I think, than anything else.  Easily resolved and back to sleep.  Try as I may, though, there was no sleeping past 7:00 a.m.  

Scale up, still backed up plus excessive (and known fattening) dinner.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, coffee

 


Third time, not quite as good today but still very tasty.

Lunch:  Nutty donut holes

Not my finest impulse buy.

Dinner:  Steak, chips, salad, 12 oz Miller Lite, vanilla ice cream w choc syrup and a few honey roasted peanuts

 


Sunday dinners.  Also 12 oz Pepsi.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, no notable extra walking.
