Projecting

I got fairly wrapped up in my furniture moving project last evening but did not get it quite finished.  Which is not a surprise, I took it at a fairly leisurely pace.  Added a few extra steps, expanded the scope.  So the project will continue into this evening and I'll get another non-workout workout in.

Slept fine, scale flat, last day before a holiday weekend let's go.

Breakfast:  Cheese sandwich, coffee

 


Bought a half loaf of different bread so I have normal sized slices for once.

Lunch:  Ham sandwich, chocolate milk, hard boiled eggs

 


Another sandwich.

Dinner:  Leftover deluxe pizza, avo oil tortilla chips w avocado salsa, lemon snap cookies

 


Didn't even heat the pizza up.

Exercise:  No, I guess.  As mentioned, busy with project and active, but not specifically exercise.
