Didn't have much today. But I got through it. Scale up and I ate too much again.
Breakfast: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, coffee
Not the ideal bread for it tbqh.
Lunch: CFA spicy + pep jack, fries, strips w ranch, lemonade
One of their better efforts.
Dinner: Italian beef, fries, mini root beer, popcorn, ice cream
Tasty.
Exercise: Nope
