So Many Bad Things

Sigh.  Up again, up every day this month.  Deservedly so, the eating has been bad.  Not good.

Again feels like I slept okay.  No interruptions and more would have been better.

Lots of work to do.  Let's try to keep the cortisol in check somewhat.

Breakfast:  McD 2x burritos, hash browns.  Coffee

Threw away the rest of the bread, I'm super cautious about mold.  Which is why it would be much better if I didn't, you know, eat bread.

Lunch:  Deluxe/meat lovers slices, Dr Pepper

Yes, I complain about bad eating on days I eat horribly. 

Dinner:  Sack of taco bell, pepsi

All the worst things today.

Plus a root beer float. 

Exercise:  Nope.
