Catching up after a busy day. Woke up in the 4:00 hour and that was all the sleep I was going to get.
Breakfast: McD 2x sausage mcmuffin, hash browns. Coffee
Okay.
Lunch: Pulled pork, pasta salad, roll
Didn't eat much, not a big fan. Also had a hot dog no bun.
Dinner: CFA strips w ranch, fries, lemonade.
Early.
Also some assorted snacks and ramen noodles. Junk.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart. Plenty of walking. Toasty.
