Schedule definitely a bit scrambled after taking yesterday off.  Feels very much like Sunday.

Could have used more sleep.  Scale continues to tick up.  Need to get on track soon.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w jam, coffee

 


Standard.

Lunch:  1/2 burger, onion rings, 16 oz Yuengling

Post-golf.

Dinner:  Chex mix, pepsi

I also had some marshmallow cookies. 

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, quite a workout.
