Disappointing to have a bit of a meltdown last evening. I haven't had too many problems with control lately but I did. Ate way too much, way too many cookies. And I paid the price. I didn't feel horrible, just uncomfortable enough to not want to do anything. And I didn't do anything. What a waste.
Another lesson learned. Will it stick? History will suggest no, but I'll keep trying. Oh, and I've also learned that less fat and more wheat is not good for regulating the system. Sheesh.
Sleep mediocre, scale up, day off incoming.
Breakfast: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, orange juice
Something different. I bought a jar of Crazy Richard's PB (100% peanuts) and one of Bonne Maman preserves. Tasty change of pace.
Lunch: Ham sandwich, chocolate milk, hard boiled eggs
And off to golf we go.
Dinner: Chili cheese dogs, fries, coke, avo oil tortilla chips w avo salsa
Post golf dinner out.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, some extra walking, I am suitably tired.
