April is in the books and good riddance. Technically I was down a few pounds for the month, all of which took place over two days.
Strangely enough I was down some today for no obvious reason. I had a major blowup last night, ate way too much chain pizza. Frustrated. Annoyed. Tired. All of the things. And yet here we are. I felt fat this morning but it was still fairly dense.
Anyway, whatever. Not a good day today either. But tomorrow is Friday. I have plans to hit a new grocery store for a couple items I can't get locally. There will probably be brisket involved. And hopefully much golf (and a little work) this weekend.
Breakfast: 2 strips CF HD bacon, coffee
Last of it.
Lunch: Jimmy Johns toasted italian (minus mayo, v&o, plus mustard and peppers), salt and vinegar chips, diet lemonade
Work.
Dinner: Chips and onion dip, taco rice, guac, 12 oz All Day IPA, chocolate milk
Excessive. And a very chippy day.
Exercise: Nope. Need to get moving.
