Very sluggish this morning. Woke up at 4:00, then at 5:45. Moved to the recliner, didn't really get back to a deep sleep. Disappointing since I didn't even set an alarm. Just lazed about forever, which is going to push a lot of chores to this evening.
Breakfast: Cheese toast, coffee
Lazy food.
Lunch: 2x son of baconator, coke
Quick.
Dinner: Steak, mashed potatoes, asparagus, 12 oz Miller Lite, ice cream, coke, krunchers, no bakes
Sunday dinners, then excess.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart
