Going To Halt This

It's taken a long time to get there but I think I'm ready to stop the slide.  This weekend.  Let's go.

Today, however, meh.

Breakfast:  3 CF sausage patties, bread w butter, orange juice, coffee

 


Again.  Dunno if the bread will still be good tomorrow.

Lunch:  Deluxe sub, Coke

Work travel.

Dinner:  LC pep pizza w sauce, Pepsi

Especially time to stop with the beetus juice.

Exercise:  Nope.  Did I mention extreme fatness?
