Kinda ran out of gas this afternoon, but I did get done the minimum.  So at least there is that.

Breakfast:  3 CF sausage patties, coffee, orange juice

 


Last.  No bread.  Also had a donut mid-morning.

Lunch:  Italian beef, fries, pepsi

Good but bad.

Dinner:  Chili cheese dogs, fries, coke, snack mix

Ugh.

Exercise:  Nope
