Glad to have a weekend.
Nothing of any particular note.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w jam, coffee.
Earlier, I had a couple lemon cinnamon rolls I bought yesterday. Which I should not have. Really need to swear off buying grocery store baked goods, they're full of "ingredients".
Lunch: A couple cashews, 12 oz Miller Lite
Post-golf.
Dinner: Brisket w Stubbs spicy BBQ sauce, a few chips, another couple lemon cinnamon rolls
Today's course took me past a BBQ place. Poured way too much sauce.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, more walking than usual.
