Expectations were for a weight gain. I didn't get one, the weight was less than expected.
I'll take it.
Add some semi-sweet chocolate chips to last night too.
Breakfast: 3 CF sausage patties, bread w butter, orange juice, coffee
Again.
Lunch Sack of Taco Bell, Pepsi
Need to get back on track with the lunches.
Dinner: French dip, 12 oz Miller Lite, popcorn, pepsi, donuts
