Got nothing today. Nothing interesting at all.
About all I can say is that it was a fantastically productive morning.
Breakfast: 2 CF sausage patties, bread w butter, orange juice, coffee
Again. Excellent satiety.
Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwich, Maiz taco flavor avo oil tortilla chips
Supersized the sandwich. If the local baker did half loaves I'd buy those, there are a million slices in a full loaf - even going nuts with the bread the date is up tomorrow so I'll end up chucking half a loaf in the freezer.
Dinner: French dip, 12 oz Miller Lite
It was a very bready day. Also TB 2x soft taco and loaded beef nachos.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart
