Trying to be thankful for what I got.

Definitely thankful that it's been a relatively light week.  I have not been locked in.  Not at all.  It's been a real struggle getting focused on anything.

Had a weird incident mid afternoon where my eyes just went loco, got a little dizzy and just felt way off for a while.  Not vertigo, I don't think, but not entirely unlike it.  Had some water, stepped away from the screens and it cleared up eventually.  I hope that it does not repeat.

Breakfast:  3 CF sausage patties, bread w butter, coffee

 

 

Again.  Excellent satiety.

Lunch:  4 eggs scrambled w onions and peppers, cheese, hash browns

 


Much like yesterday.  It was okay, I guess.

Dinner:  LC pep pizza, crazy bread and sauce

Worst one I've had.  Might help wrt to not going back.

Exercise:  Nope.
