Ugh, Monday again. It was not a great day.
Didn't really get enough sleep, was late getting to bed and then only slept so-so. Could have used a couple more hours. Hoping to get to bed earlier tonight.
Breakfast: 2 CF sausage patties, 2 slices bread w butter, orange juice, coffee
This was actually more than I needed.
Lunch: Turkey sandwich w butter, cheddar asiago cheese
Five minute lunch. Turkey is smoked, from the BBQ place. Pretty good but the satiety was meh.
Dinner: Leftover brisket, beans, guac, Maiz taco flavor tortilla chips, 12 oz All Day IPA
Decided to skip the usual tacos due to Cinco de Mayo. Excessive.
Exercise: Nope
