Overholidayed

Back to reality tomorrow.  Nice to have the extra day.  

Definitely beat up after golf, need to lose some weight I think before I get carried away with exercise.  Knees and legs are just not happy.

Breakfast:  McD egg mc muffin, hash browns, coffee

Early start so no usual breakfast out.

Lunch:  Hot dog MR, chips, 12 oz Miller Lite

Since I didn't have a big breakfast.

Dinner:  Double cheeseburgers, fries w ketchup, coke, snickers ice cream bars

Local place.  Got my business by being open.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.  Tired.
