Whew.  Made it through the week.  It was a rough one.

Need to find some time for lots of things this weekend.  Golf both days is going to make that a challenge.

Breakfast:  McD burrito, sausage mcmuffin, hash brown.  Coffee

Okay.

Lunch:  Qdoba brisket bowl

Also okay.

Dinner:  Steak and Shake double burger, fries

Meh.

Also a few chips, onion dip, 12 oz All Day IPA

Exercise:  Nope
