New week. Not ready for it but I will do it.
Didn't sleep great and definitely could have used more. I'm so sluggish in the morning. My knees (and adjacent muscles and such) are also not real thrilled. Getting up isn't my most favorite thing right now. Hopefully axing some stuff, starting with the beetus juice, and losing some pounds will help.
Breakfast: Bread w butter, coffee
Surprisingly good satiety.
Lunch: Double cheeseburgers, fries
From the local.
Dinner: 2x mexican 2x american tacos, a few Krunchers
Might be time for a break from taco Monday.
Exercise: Nope
