I am definitely not the first to say that this is the Monday-est Tuesday ever, but I'm going with it.  Ugh.  I have no pep.

On the plus side I did wake up early (5:15) and didn't feel the need to go back to sleep, so there is hope that my schedule shifting project might get off the ground this week.  I elected not to go for a morning walk - I'm still feeling the effects of the weekend golf and will go out again this evening.  I will say that I'm not as beat up today which is good.  I was pretty tired last night.  I need to get rolling on the weight loss via eating better before I get too carried away with additional exercise.

Breakfast:  4 strips CF black pepper garlic bacon, coffee

 


Going to be an excessive coffee kind of day.

Lunch:  ~5 oz home taco meat, 2C mashed potatoes, glass of chocolate milk (at 4:30)

 


Trying something.   Also, and unrelated, I have had to rotate fewer photos lately.  AI?

Dinner:  French dip sandwich, avo oil chips

 


Standard Tuesday night fare.   No beer this time.
