Retaining everything I ate yesterday. Ugh.
Need to get locked in.
Breakfast: 3 CF sausage patties, bread w butter, orange juice, coffee
Again.
Lunch: Wendy's singles & son of baconator
Sigh.
Dinner: Chili cheese dogs, fries, coke, Jala Krunchers
Ugh.
Exercise: Nope.
