It wasn't a very good month and it did not finish strong.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w jelly, coffee
Standard.
Lunch: 16 oz Miller Lite
After golf.
Dinner: Chili cheese dogs, fries w ketchup, coke
Excessive
Also: Krunchers and donuts
Ugh.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, plenty of walking
