I was feeling rather ungrateful for no change on the scale this morning when I took a step back. Took a hard look at what I ate yesterday. Look at all those carbs. Pumpkin bread, beans, rice, popcorn, chocolate milk. That's a lot. I should change my attitude instead to be grateful that I didn't gain, despite all that, because I ate mostly real food, at home, and kept quantities in check. If I'm going to lose I need to do better.
Nothing else of note.
Breakfast: 2 slices CF HD bacon, coffee
Quick and simple. Held up better than expected.
Lunch: Soup and mash, chocolate milk
Last soup from the batch.
Dinner: LC Pep pizza
Crack. Big time. HANGRY.
Exercise: Nope.
