Man, I need to get back off the diabetes juice.
Predictably rough day. I could have used a couple more hours of sleep. Going to try and get the right amount tonight, though of course I should be back at work.
Hopefully one more day of bad eating and then a hard reset.
Breakfast: Leftover deluxe pizza, coffee
The air fryer made fast work of it. I'm glad that I got three meals out of the pizza, which is better than usual, but still, I need to give it up.
Lunch: Deluxe sub, Coke
On the go. Had a bag of popcorn as a mid-afternoon snack
Dinner: 3x mexican tacos, mexican coke, chips and onion dip
Solid.
Exercise: Nope. Pretty beat up again.
