Beating

Being this fat presents a variety of challenges, but the one that gets me is the absolute pounding something as basic as a round of golf puts on the body.  I am beat up.

Woke up at 2:00 this morning.  Absurd.  Back to sleep about 4:00.  Some things need fixin'.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w jelly, decaf

Standard pregolf breakfast out.  Tis the season again.

Lunch:  Campfire dog KMRO, fries, 12 oz Miller Lite

Always a treat.

Dinner:  Deluxe pizza, coke, lemon iced sugar cookies

Tasty, bad for me.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.
