It was amusing to see the scale lower this morning. Just a minor break from the binging and good things happened. I need to get through this week.
Not much else going on, just work.
Breakfast: 3 CF sausage links, toast w/ butter, orange juice, coffee
Gain.
Lunch: Doublecheeseburgers, fries
Tasty.
Dinner: LC pep pizza, sauce. Later donuts, popcorn
Garbage.
Exercise: Nope.
