Okay, I have things mapped out.  If I can get a few things done tonight - and I really have no excuse - I can get to work on fixing things tomorrow.  It's way past time.

Breakfast:  McD sausage egg mcmuffin, hash browns.  Coffee.

Burned a few points.

Lunch:  Double cheeseburgers, fries

A last go around from the local place.

Dinner:  Dominos NY bacon cheeseburger pizza, cheesy bread, coke

Bah.

Exercise:  Nope.  Recovering from the weekend, I'm still stiff when I sit too long, primarily in the knees, but get out of it quickly.
