At Least There Was Sleep

Didn't get much done last evening, which is disappointing.  Haven't fixed the eating yet, ditto.

But I did get a solid night of sleep, slept almost eight hours consecutive.  Yay.

That felt good.

Breakfast:  Pretzel bagel w veggie cream cheese, coffee

Yuh.

Lunch:  2x Wendys singles, fries

Pretty tired of takeout tbh

Dinner:  LC pep pizza, pepsi, later popcorn, donuts

Ugh.

Exercise:  Nope.  Get me to Saturday.
