Lost Thoughts

Not ready to face the week but I will do it.  It's actually been an okay morning.  But I definitely needed to work yesterday and I didn't.

Twice now this morning I have had thoughts that I noted as being important or profound and then immediately lost.  If this continues I will be concerned.
 
Nothing much else of note.  Last night's crack was unfortunate, if not huge.  Scale was down fractionally despite it.  Might prove helpful as it was once again terrible quality.  

Breakfast:  Pumpkin bread w butter, 2 slices CF HD bacon, coffee


These bacons are ridiculously thicc.  Only 10 slices to the pound.

Lunch:  Spicy beans with diced ham


Only one regular soup in freezer inventory, plus a couple ham and rice, so there will be beans.  I also needed to eat up a package of diced ham this week before it goes out of date.

Dinner:  3 tacos Mexican style, 12 oz All Day IPA


Decent.

Exercise:  Nope.  Edit:  Yes.  After dinner I helped move boxes and stuff for 20-30 minutes.  Counting it.
