Initial Rolling

Okay then, here we go.

Very sluggish start and I think I'm not going to plan anything ambitious for this evening.  It's going to take a while for improvements to take hold.  But I'm encouraged by two consecutive at home meals.

Breakfast:  Buttermilk pancakes w butter and maple syrup, 2 Niman Ranch bacon sausages.  Coffee.

 


I had thawed the pancakes to eat on Sunday but then never did.  They were decent if a bit crispy reheated in the air fryer.  The links were an impulse buy (they were on sale).  Okay, but not as good as local.

Lunch:  Soup and mash

 


The old standby.

Dinner:  4 eggs over medium, 1C IP spicy beans, 12 oz All Day IPA

 


Been a while since I've had a beer before dinner, decided to give it a go with a smaller dinner.

Exercise:  Nope, not yet.
