Slow But Massive

A fresh month.  March wasn't bad, other than the small increase on the scale and the massive piles of incomplete work waiting to be done.  

I'm definitely getting rid of lots of water -- despite eating way too many carbs yesterday and today so far -- but even at that massive rate of outflow it's taking multiple days to bounce back down to pre-uberbinge levels.  I'll get there, not worried about that.

Breakfast:  3 strips CF bacon, jalapeno cheddar toast w butter, orange juice, coffee

 


Eventually I'll need to dial back to a single item, but for now this is tasty and satisfying.

Lunch:  Ham w rice soup

 


WAY too much.  Cleaned up my fridged containers as they were getting to end of life.  Sheesh.

Dinner:  LC pep pizza w sauce

Cracked.  Fatigued and having sinus issues, I just did not feel like cooking.  Eat, unwind. go to bed.

Exercise:  Nope.
