Yeah, it's been a week.
Drank a lot of water last night for whatever reason and the scale showed it this morning. I am going to need to get back on track. Just did not happen today.
Breakfast: Panera 2x asiago bagels w cream cheese, coffee
Yuh.
Lunch: McD 2x Big Mac 2x McChix
Uh.
Dinner: Ranch mix, garlic mexicheese toast
/shrug. Bought too much crap at the store tonight.
Exercise: No, ldo. Still limping.
