The water flush is just ridiculous. I mean seriously. How bloated do you have to be to dump double digits in two days of not-even-that-strict lower carbing?
This is not a complaint. No no no no.
It did mean again getting up multiple times in the night. I expect that to start subsiding (edit: definitely slowing this evening), though I did still get rid of some additional water this morning, some of that was coffee. Much of what I put on this month has already disappeared, hoping to quickly get back to the range where I stalled out last month before I fell off.
Breakfast: CF sausage patties, coffee
Yeah, again.
Lunch: Soup, sliced cheddar
Ditto. I somehow forgot to take a photo. Oops. Slightly larger serving of soup due to a different container, otherwise identical to the last two days.
Dinner: Barbacoa, mashed potatoes, guac, 12 oz All Day IPA, True Goodness plain greek yogurt, pickle
Unlike yesterday, this was from my second crack at barbacoa and it, frankly, was much better. More heat. I think I added more chipotle. Really delicious. And I have one more for tomorrow night. The little cup of guac was a good addition. Also noted: This yogurt has more tang than the regular Meijer brand.
Exercise: Nope. Was a possibility this morning but had an early work thing so I didn't.
Day totals: $0.00 spent, ok on carbs (w/ looser limit), success.
