I don't feel like I ever take my health for granted. I'm limping badly again today as I'm still having trouble with my right knee and leg. I have some small hope that it's muscular and that with rest it will resolve, but I am mentally preparing for the possibility that it is ... not that. It does seem a bit less swollen.
Anyway, nothing else of note. Was predictably up after bad eating yesterday. I probably didn't need to start weekday 2MAD today, but I wasn't hungry this morning so it worked. Was ready for lunch a bit early but it was no trouble to wait until the usual 12:30.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Not exactly italian beef sandwiches
Same as yesterday and I'll repeat once more tomorrow, at which point I will have used up the beef, buns and cheese.
Dinner: 2x mexican 2x american tacos, 12 oz Miller Lite, Meijer pork rinds
Tasty as usual.
Exercise: Nope. No chance. Limping.
