I had high hopes for today, but they are going unrealized. Got up early, got myself to a planned location and it didn't take long - less than an hour - to figure out that I wasn't going to get the return on the investment of my time that I was hoping for. So instead I'll have to work more later. Sigh. I'm already tired of this.
Anyway, a small jump on the scale, but nothing concerning. Another dietary blip today, but with the change in plans it will be less than feared.
Breakfast: 2x Egg McMuffin, coffee, later a donut
No photo. It was still dark and the food was consumed while driving.
Lunch: Soup, sliced cheddar
Also no photo. Was looking at my phone just after I finished and immediately realized that I had forgotten. Fortunately it was the same meal I've had 1000 times before. Really good batch too.
Dinner: Leftover sourdough biscuits and chorizo gravy, scrambled eggs, 12 oz Miller Lite, donuts
Cleanup. Very tasty. Bad for me, though, especially the leftover donuts.
Exercise: Not as much as planned, just some relatively minor walking.
Day totals: About $15.00 spent, way over on carbs, not much exercise, fail.
