Spoiler Things Were Not Fixed

Well, no, things were not fixed.  Another day of failure.  And yet it wasn't all bad.

I made myself get my knee checked out and I'm glad I did.  The doc didn't think there was any structural damage, just inflammation, probably arthritis.  Got some direction as to what to do, and already seeing a little improvement.  Big relief.

Breakfast:  2x Egg McMuffin

A late breakfast after waiting around for a looong time for a blood draw (unrelated to the knee).

Lunch:  Keto bowl w ground beef.  Later, CFA spicy chx and frosted lemonade


I do like a good keto bowl.

Dinner:  Jersey Mikes #56.

Very tasty.

Exercise:  Obv not.

Day totals, Spent a bunch, way over on carbs, fail.  Planning to get straight this weekend.
