Yeesh. I've been super tied up with a massive work project, but it ended late this aftenoon. On to the next one. I'm kinda tired of being this busy and it's just going to get worse.
Still having a rough time with the knee, though there have been a couple of brief windows where it is clearly improving a little. It's still not right, not close, but if it continues to improve maybe I can avoid surgery or other medical intervention.
Forgot to take any photos today, that's how focused I have been.
Breakfast: Coffee
Again. No problem.
Lunch: Jimmy Johns #9, minus VO, minus mayo, add mustard, pickles, peppers. Salt and vinegar chips, diet lemonade
Not bad, just bad for me. Stuck at work, grinding.
Dinner: Pizza Hut thin pep pork beef, breadsticks w sauce, 12 oz Miller Lite
Surprisingly decent. I had very low expectations. Another choice made due to drive through. I'm going to go thaw stuff for tomorrow right now so I can get back on track.
Exercise: Nope, still very injured.
