TGIF. Very, very glad it is Friday. I was amused to be down on the scale despite the fail.
Breakfast: 2x jala cheddar bagels w veggie cream cheese, coffee
Meh. Not notably good. In fact, they were worse than Panera bagels.
Lunch: Jimmy Johns vito minus v/o, plus mustard pickle peppers. S&V chips, diet lemonade
Okay, but expensive.
Dinner: Deluxe pizza, 12 oz All Day IPA, might have SF choc pudding.
Tasty, excessive.
Exercise: Nope. Might try this weekend, knee and leg is still screwed up but it wasn't too bad today.
Day totals: About $40.00 spent, way way way over on carbs, epic FAIL.
