There's That Slowdown

Okay then.  I think the big flush is done, though there was still a very decent drop this morning that was almost certainly water, it just wasn't many pounds of water.  In three days I have reversed all of the February gains.  Onward, now, to the range where I was in mid-January.  Not that many pounds away.  

Struggling with fatigue.  The irregular sleep pattern doesn't help, I'm sure, but I do not think that adequately explains it.  Went to bed early, was asleep probably by 9:30, woke up at 3:00, dozed back off about 4:30.  Up at 7:00.  The last couple hours featured a lot of dreaming but not deep sleep.

Breakfast:  CF sausage patties, coffee


Yeah, again.

Lunch:  Soup, sliced cheddar

And again.  And good grief, I forgot to take a photo despite my camera laying right there.

Dinner:  Barbacoa, mashed potatoes, guac, 12 oz All Day IPA, CF hickory bacon


Again?  Again.  And I am sad that I have exhausted that batch of barbacoa, because it was effing delicious.  That's a great, great dinner and it took about 5 minutes to heat up on the stovetop.  I don't love the carbs in mash but I do love the mash and when you add that and the guac it is so delightful.  Out of yogurt so I nabbed a few strips of bacon from the package I cooked up so that there is breakfast tomorrow.

Exercise:  Nope.  Disappointing.  I did make it to work early though which was good.  I have another early work thing again tomorrow, so it may be the weekend before I reboot the workout.

Day totals:  $0.00 spent, okay on carbs, success (except for exercise, which I haven't been counting)
