I chuckled a bit this morning when I weighed in. I ate about 10,000 calories yesterday. It was awful. I felt awful. I slept horrendously. And somehow, some way, I was actually down a bit.
LOL.
Anyway, we are back at it. I am hoping to dump some water. I disposed of some yesterday, but that was ongoing consumption, not storage. We'll see if and when it kicks in.
As mentioned I slept horribly. Woke up just before 2:00. Got back to sleep about 4:45, in bed, and was still sound asleep when the alarm went off at 7:00. No chance I was getting up right away. It's such a struggle right now. I was very glad today was a quasi-holiday, though of course it wasn't a day off.
Breakfast: CF sausage patties, coffee
I may have to do something about the coffee, it dries out my sinuses.
Lunch: Soup, sliced Sargento sharp cheddar
Standard.
Dinner: Barbacoa, mashed potatoes, avocado, 12 oz Miller Lite, 1 slice sharp cheddar
Quick and easy dinner, reheat and eat. This was the last, I think, of the first batch of barbacoa which was less spicy. The 1 cup containers are super convenient.
Exercise: Nope. I felt horrendous this morning. On the plus side, other than swelling my knee/leg/foot is slowly improving. And I will say that I have felt somewhat decent the latter part of the day. So there is hope.
Day totals: $0.00 spent, OK on carbs, going with a little looser limit.
