Whew, not ready for it to be Monday, but it is. Slept acceptably, while I woke up a time or two they were not get up wake ups, so not a big deal. Woke up a little before my alarm and got going. Made it to work almost an hour early, necessary due to not getting enough done yesterday. All good.
Not unhappy either with the small jump on the scale, given that yesterday was not great. I'm not expecting great things from today or tomorrow on the eating front, but the rest of the week should be okay.
Breakfast: CF Sausage, coffee
Again.
Lunch: Spicy beans w mexicheese, sourdough biscuit
Changeup. I was going to have these this weekend, but never got to them. So they needed to be cleaned up.
Dinner: 2x mexican, 2x american tacos, 12 oz Miller Lite
Again.
Exercise: Nope. Super early work day. But at least I got up at almost the ideal time, so maybe I can get on a schedule?
Day totals: About $8.00 spent, over on carbs, no exercise, fail
