TGIF. Glad to see another drop on the scale this morning. I cannot expect that to continue, at least not in any meaningful, consistent fashion. Future drops will be smaller, more irregular. But I will continue to enjoy them whenever they happen.
A busy morning, should not be too awful this afternoon - famous last words I know - and then a very busy weekend on tap. I have so much to do it is CRAZY.
Breakfast: CF bacon, coffee
A little larger serving of bacon - I got a 2lb pack (precooked weight ldo) of irregular slices from the farm at a nice discount, so there is a lot of bacon to be had. I'll easily get five or six huge servings out of it. I don't care if the slices are weird, they taste great.
Lunch: Soup, sliced cheddar
Standard. I like the soup better with julienned carrots instead of the sliced chunks but I eat what I thaw.
Snack: Jack Links original beef stick, Starry Zero Sugar
The beef stick was fine, seemed to be one of the cleaner jerky options.
Dinner: Omelet with bacon, cream cheese and guac, 12 oz All Day IPA, popcorn
Chopped up a little bacon for the omelet, was thinking about what else I might do to bump today's protein a bit and came up blank. Thought of yogurt too late. Popcorn is the usual home version, popped in coconut oil with melted butter.
Exercise: Nope. Another early to work day and a messed up night of split sleep. I am feeling a little better physically - did more work-related walking than usual today and it was fine. Still a slight limp, but not much unless I've been sitting for a while.
Day totals: About $50.00 at the grocery store plus $5.68 at the gas station for the snack spent, loose ok on carbs, success.
