Apparently Way Off

Well then.  I had another medical appointment today.  As usual they took vitals, and for the second time this month my blood pressure came back acceptable.  It was much, much lower than I got on my home device.  Any reading I've had.  Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled, but at the same time I'm a bit irked that my home measurements are apparently way, way, way off.  At least the scale is accurate, give or take seven pounds of clothing and coffee.

At least the BP variance is in the right direction.

Now, let's see if I can get moving.  I have so many things to do, so many goals I would like to achieve, and I just have not had any zip to work on them.  It may be a matter of will at this point -- if I get going, maybe I'll improve my stamina enough to keep going.  And going.

You know one thing that would help?  QUALITY SLEEP.  Good lord was last night awful.  Got up over and over with cramps.  Very, very unpleasant and it really cut into the amount of rest I got.  That is a big problem and I may need to try supplementing -- intuitively, I don't like the idea of supps, I mean they were never a thing until the last 30 years, but I also don't like cramps.  At all.

Sigh.

Breakfast:  CF sausage, coffee

Lunch:  McD 2x McDouble minus ketchup

What a fail.  I decided to grab some beef because I was hungry an hour and a half before lunch would happen.  Failed to get them completely plain, and then MEGA failed on the eating -- I took a wrong turn that spat me out on the road and directly to the highway.  The weather was awful so I didn't want to mess around so I just ate them.  I'm not irked about the mustard, pickle and onion, I am about the buns.  Completely unnecessary, except for the poor planning.

Dinner:  Barbacoa, jalapeno, mashed potatoes, guacamole.  12 oz All Day IPA.  Plain greek yogurt with a couple wild blueberries


Was quite hungry by the time I finally got home.  This week's batch of barb is fine - very tasty - but ever so slightly not as good.  Batch 2 was better -- delmonico > standard chuck steaks and oven braised > crock pot.  But still very acceptable and I have three more of the 1C containers, plus the same of mash.  A very satisfactory dinner.  Almost no blueberries left so I cleaned 'em up.

Exercise:  Nope.  Not an active day, it was HORRIBLE out there.

Day totals:  About $5.00 spent, somewhat over on carbs stupid buns, no exercise, medium grade FAIL.
