Fail, Then Confess, Then Try Again

Day 202 - 210

Good lord the last couple weeks have been GROSS.  Total, epic fail.  Eating at its worst.  I'm not even sure I can recreate everything that I've eaten.  The only good thing has been that I haven't caved and had sugar, but I've eaten a crapload of other junk.  Fast food, pizza, chips, blech.

(edit:  I'm actually doing better than I thought I would at remembering.  Apparently confession really IS good for the soul.  Ye gods this is awful... but at least it's very close to reality)

Sunday:
B:  1 oz hard salami, 2 slices cheddar cheese
L:  Brat with bun, mustard; 2 x 12 oz Miller Lite; Ham, bacon & swiss on croissant with chipotle mayo, fries
D: 2 x beef brat with bun, a few chips; 2 Taco Bell chicken burritos
Ex: 18 holes with cart

Monday:
B:  1 oz hard salami, 2 slices cheddar cheese
L:  3 egg omelet with bacon, cream cheese, avacado; sausage; coffee
D:  Little Caesar's pepperoni pizza
S:  Chips and onion dip
Ex:  None


Tuesday:
B:  1 oz hard salami, 2 slices cheddar cheese
L:  3 egg omelet with bacon, cream cheese, avacado; sausage; coffee
D:  Salad stuff with taco chips and meat, a little steak, 4x12 oz Miller Lite
S:  2 Taco Bell chicken burritos
Exercise:  9 holes with cart

Wednesday:
B:  2x McDonald's bacon, egg and cheese biscuits
L:  I forget, probably a burger
D:  Deluxe pizza
S:  chips and onion dip
Ex:  None

Thursday:
B: 1 oz hard salami, 2 slices cheddar cheese
L:  Popcorn, Big Mac, double cheeseburger, small fries
D:  Pizza
S:  chips and onion dip
Ex:  None

Friday:
B:  2x McDonald's Bacon egg and cheese biscuits
L:  2 Taco Bell chicken burritos, some pulled pork and brisket
D:  Some meatballs and other appetizers, 4x12 oz Miller Lite
S:  chips and onion dip
Ex:  18 holes with cart

Saturday:
B:  Western omelet with 2 slices raisin toast, coffee
L:  Corned beef reuben, chips, 2x 12 oz Miller Lite
D:  Pizza
Ex:  18 holes with cart, several hours of yard work

Sunday:
B:  McDonald's bacon egg and cheese biscuit, 2 sausage burritos
L:  3 Taco Bell chicken burritos, cheesy nachos
S:  Brat with mustard on bun, 12 oz Miller Lite
D:  1.5 hamburgers with bun, mustard; a few Lay's chips, tomato slices
S:  Chips and onion dip
Ex:  18 holes with cart

Monday:
B:  1 oz salami, 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
L:  2 double cheeseburgers, fries
S:  Popcorn
D:  Jet's small super special
S:  Chips and onion dip, Big Mac, double cheeseburger, medium fries
