A Load of Fail

Day 197 - 201

Falling behind and it hasn't been a good stretch.

Tuesday:
Breakfast:  ~ 2 oz CF ham, 2 slices Sargento double cheddar cheese
Lunch:  3 egg omelet with bacon, cream cheese, avacado; sausage; coffee
Dinner:  Pulled pork, brisket, a little salad with ranch, 4x12oz Miller Lite
Snacks:  Popcorn, Wendy's W burger and junior cheeseburger deluxe
Exercise:  9 holes with cart

Wednesday:
Breakfast:  Same
Lunch:  Same
Dinner:  Taco Salad, steak.  Salsa.
Snack:  Meijer Naturals butter popcorn
Exercise:  9 holes with cart


Thursday:
Breakfast:  Same
Lunch:  Home made biscuits with fried egg, bacon, 1 slice double cheddar
Snack:  Lay's potato chips with Country Fresh french onion dip
Dinner:  Little Caesars pepperoni pizza
Exercise:  NONE (!)


Friday:
Breakfast:  Same
Lunch:  See Tuesday
Dinner:  Deluxe pizza, salad with italian, 20 oz Miller Lite
Snack:  Chips with french onion dip
Exercise:  9 holes with cart


Saturday:
Breakfast:  Same
Lunch:  Ham, bacon and swiss on croissant with chipotle mayo, fries, 2 x 12 oz Miller Lite
Snack:  Chips with french onion dip
Dinner:  Deluxe pizza
Exercise:  18 holes with cart, a little extra walking.

Tomorrow will probably suck too, then refocusing.  Hopefully.
