Day 192

Oops, slipping behind again.

Breakfast:  1 oz hard salami, 2 slices Kraft sharp cheddar

Lunch:  3 egg omelet with bacon, cream cheese, avacado; sausage; coffee

Dinner:  Homemade pizza, salad with zesty italian

Exercise:  Spent about two hours at the golf course practicing and playing a few holes with cart.
