Day 185

Yup.

Breakfast:  1 oz hard salami, 1 big slice Kraft sharp cheddar

Lunch:  3 egg omelet with bacon, cream cheese, avacado; sausage; coffee

Dinner:  Same home made cracker crust pizza; salad with olive oil

Exercise:  9 holes with cart.   Hot.
