Day 195
A pretty standard weekend. Didn't get much accomplished, not a fan of the hot, humid weather.
Breakfast: ~ 2 oz CF ham, 1 slice sharp cheddar
Lunch: Bratwurst on bun with mustard and onion, 12 oz Miller Lite
Dinner: ~ 6 oz grilled chicken breast, salad with ranch, a few blueberries, ~ 20 Lay's chips
Snack: Meijer Naturals butter microwave popcorn (1 package)
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, not a lot of extra walking
