Day 193
Getting caught up. Don't know why I was so hungry late, it could have just been dehydration despite the large quantity of water I took in.
Breakfast: ~ 3 oz CF ham, 1 big slice Kraft sharp cheddar
Lunch: 2 brats, hamburger patty, 3 slices american cheese, mustard (no buns)
Golf: 2 x 12 oz Miller Lite
Dinner: Plate of pulled pork (no sauce), 1 scoop potato salad
Snack: McDonald's double cheeseburger, ~ 5 oz Kettle chips, french onion dip
Exercise: 18 holes with cart. Played in an outing. It was hot.
